Job Title: Night Shift Customer Support Executive (Chat and Calls)

Shift: Night Shift (9 PM – 6 AM)
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month + performance bonus
Hiring Status: Immediate hiring. Candidates available to join within 2–3 days will be preferred.
Job Description:
GLOBAL VIRTUAL SUPPORT is hiring a Customer Support Executive for night operations. The role involves handling customer chats, calls, and coordinating with drivers to ensure smooth order delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer chats (WhatsApp and calls)
- Manage and track live orders
- Resolve customer issues efficiently
- Coordinate with drivers in real time
- Maintain order and cash records in Excel or system
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge
- Fast typing and problem-solving ability
- Responsible and reliable
Preferred:
- Previous customer support or call center experience
- Experience in order handling or dispatch operations
