We’re a busy, modern dental office with an amazing team, and we’re looking for the right person to join us! Must have at least one year of dental reception experience. Knowledge of AbelDent and MaxAssist is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer phone calls and emails; manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Verify insurance coverage and process claims as needed
- Collect payments and manage patient accounts
- Communicate effectively with the dental team to ensure smooth daily flow
- Handle daily closing tasks such as reports, deposits, and end-of-day checks
