Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality and food service. Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or catering settings is a plus but not required. Duties

• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing food service areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness for guests
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and assisting kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas to meet health and safety standards
• Help with basic food handling and catering setup when required
• Ensure all dishes are properly stored after cleaning and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management
• Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the dining area during service hours

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen safety standards is advantageous
• Experience with bussing, food preparation, cooking, or culinary tasks can be beneficial for growth within the team
• Strong understanding of hospitality practices including serving and maintaining a clean dining environment is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
