Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative setting and have a passion for food service and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors and countertops.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff.
- Help ensure that all kitchen supplies are stocked and organized.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the kitchen team by assisting with other cleaning duties as required.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling practices is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
