About Us:
Anju Korean Kitchen is a modern Korean restaurant serving fresh and authentic flavors in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist with basic food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning).
• Keep kitchen, prep areas, and dish station clean and organized.
• Take out garbage and recycling as needed.
• Support cooks and other team members during busy service periods.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety standards.

Requirements:

• Must be fast, efficient, and able to work in a busy environment.
• Must have a good attitude and be a team player.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset (training available).
• Speaking Korean is a plus.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time position (evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required).
• Competitive hourly wage.
