Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Clean kitchen equipment and utensils regularly to maintain hygiene standards.
• Support other kitchen staff members as needed to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling practices is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Willingness to assist with various tasks as needed within the kitchen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
