*Key Responsibilities:*Oversee and manage the company's policies and ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements.
Maintain and organize all property-related documents for company sites, ensuring secure storage and easy retrieval.
Regularly review and update policies in line with industry standards and regulatory changes.
Coordinate with legal and administrative teams for document verification and approvals.
Prepare reports and presentations on property holdings and policy adherence as required by management.
Ensure timely renewal of property agreements, licenses, and registrations.
Provide support in audits and inspections related to property or compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and document management skills.
Knowledge of property laws and company compliance.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation tools.
Experience : 2+ years of experience in handling company policies and property documentation (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
