Your duties will involve going door to door to sell broadband,voice and IP services to new residential customers.
- Cold Calling, focusing on sales
- Explaining complex processes and information.
- Assist customers with any issues.
- Communicate clear and concise information to customers regarding terms and conditions changes and services after sign up.
-Sales of telecommunication and internet products and services.
Understanding how to position highly technical information in a manner that is understandable to the customer.
Any other task assigned by the manager.
Work with the software (CRM) to ensure the customer queries and details are captured for software quality assurance.
Answer any ICT related queries of the customersV
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
Schedule:
- Shift work

- Performance bonus
