Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver electrical training sessions (theory and practical) in line with the training syllabus.
- Teach topics such as electrical circuits, wiring, installation, motor controls, PLCs, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, manuals, and assessment tools.
- Conduct hands-on practical sessions to ensure skill development and real-world application.
- Assess trainees’ progress through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Maintain and ensure proper use of training tools, equipment, and lab setups.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and best practices during training.
- Keep training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and upgrade training modules accordingly.
- Provide individual support and mentoring to trainees when needed.
- Coordinate with other trainers and industry professionals to improve training outcomes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
