Apex Controls Ltd deal with all aspects of the refrigeration trade for customers in the supermarket, food processing, pharmaceutical, plastics, food distribution and dairy industries which make up for a varied, interesting & challenging job description.
Role responsibilities include:
Review and assess tender documentation (drawings, specs, reports).
Obtain quotations for materials, equipment, and labour to ensure precise project costing
Assist in the development of project proposals.
Maintain cost database of materials
Liaise effectively with fellow employees, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Manage and maintain tender documents.
Assist in tender submissions and project handover reports.
Role requirements include:
3rd Level Degree QS, Engineering, Construction or related field
1-2 years quantity or estimating experience
Efficiency to read drawings, specification and reports
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication, negotiation skills
Office based role with hybrid option
