ABOUT SAVVY

Savvy STR Agents is the leading short-term rental real estate team, helping investors buy and sell high-performing STR properties across the country's top vacation markets. Our events are a core part of how we grow — from our biannual Savvy Summit to top producer trips and high-visibility activations at the industry's biggest conferences.

Those events are getting bigger, more frequent, and more valuable. We're hiring the person who will own them.

THE ROLE

This is a true ownership seat — not an assistant role. You will drive every Savvy event end-to-end: the plan, the budget, the creative, the vendors, the sponsors, and the follow-through. You'll propose budgets to leadership, take creative to them for approval, and run everything in between. The mandate is simple and explicit: this role should pay for itself through sponsorship revenue and exceptional event execution.

This is a travel-heavy role. Our events happen where our agents, investors, and sponsors are — summits, top producer trips, and conferences across the country — and you’ll be on-site running them. If you want a desk job, this isn’t it.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • The Savvy Summit — end-to-end planning and execution of our biannual flagship event, from venue and vendors to run-of-show.
  • Top producer trips and team events — itineraries, logistics, budgets, and on-the-ground execution.
  • Conference activations and after-parties — turning Savvy's presence at industry conferences into visibility, relationships, and revenue.
  • Sponsorships — building sponsor relationships, managing deliverables and renewals, and tracking sponsorship revenue against event spend.
  • Budgets and timelines — you'll build the budget proposal for every event, own the actuals against it, and run Gantt-style work-back schedules so nothing is a surprise.
  • Event creative — design, signage, decks, and collateral, with brand consistency across every event material (leadership approves; you drive).
  • Vendor and sponsor contracts — negotiation, sign-off, and the day-to-day relationships behind them.
  • Attendee experience — complete ownership of RSVPs, confirmations, reminders, and post-event follow-up. Nothing falls through.
  • The events function itself — as our events grow, you'll shape the processes and the team behind them.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A planner by nature — you live in timelines, work-back schedules, and details, and you find polish energizing rather than draining.
  • A strong budgeter — every event has a budget before it has a venue, and you can explain every variance.
  • A relationship builder — sponsors and vendors renew because working with you is easy, organized, and worth it.
  • Marketing-minded — you see events as funnels and brand moments, not just logistics. You think about what happens after the event, not just during it.
  • An owner — you bring solutions, not emergencies. When a vendor fails two weeks out, you've already scoped the backup.

COMPENSATION

$60,000 base salary with on-target earnings up to $85,000, tied to sponsorship revenue and event performance. When the events you run generate revenue, so do you.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
