About the role | Ko te mahi nei
We're looking for an enthusiastic team player to support our Facilities Asset Planning and Data Management team by ensuring that data quality is maintained and future investment in facilities is well developed, well planned and within budget.
With demonstrated experience in maintaining stakeholder relationships using strong communication and networking skills, partnered with a passion for data, you will ensure facilities asset data is kept up to date in accordance with Council standards to inform investment decisions.
This role includes providing advice to the Asset Planners and business units to identify any risks, escalate issues and support ongoing improvements in data capture and analysis.
About you | Ko Koe Tēnei
You'll have a tertiary qualification at degree level in a relevant area and experience in asset and data management, or similar. Your qualifications and/or your relevant experience will enable you to ensure data integrates with Council systems and to be used to update asset management plans, planned maintenance programmes and inform investment decisions on new and existing facilities.

Hours of work - Fulltime Permanent Position
Location - This position is primarily based at 53 Hereford Street, Christchurch Central
Salary - The salary band for this position goes from $74,394 p.a. to $82660 p.a. per annum based on a 40 hour week. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
