IHR PROFIL:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools
Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse für die tägliche Kommunikation
Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten am Telefon und per Mail
WAS SIE ERWARTET:
Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Bestellungen
Erstellung und Verwaltung von Ausweisen für Mitarbeiter:innen
Bearbeitung von Anfragen per E-Mail und Telefon
Pflege und Aktualisierung von Daten in internen Systemen
Unterstützung des Teams bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben

ARBEITSORT: Linz
ARBEITSBEGINN: Ab sofort
ENTGELT: Eine adäquate Bezahlung ist abhängig von der jeweiligen Branche sowie Ausbildung, Qualifikation und beruflichen Erfahrung der BewerberInnen, somit ist eine Überzahlung des Mindestgehaltes von monatlich brutto EUR 3.000,- auf Basis Vollzeit für diese Stelle gegeben.
