What are your responsibilities?
- Play a key role in planning, forecasting, and managing customer orders throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Oversee and improve our automated and digitalized order process, from offer to delivery, and act as the driving force behind our E-Business initiatives.
- Utilizing AI to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency across the finance and order management functions.
- Deliver insightful financial analyses on the P&L (topline and bottom line) as well as cash management, supporting the Country Finance Business Manager in making decisions that drive the success of our business unit.
- Provide financial administration support to stakeholders across the organization.
As our new Financial Admin, you will probably have the following qualifications:
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Accounting (or a similar field).
- 3-5 years of relevant finance experience.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong skills in data analytics and visualization in Finance.
- A structured and analytical mindset, with a result-oriented and proactive approach.
- Fundamental AI knowledge and curiosity towards how AI implementation can benefit business processes
- Comfortable working in an international environment and motivated by creating value for customers.
- A growth mindset: eager to learn, open to new ideas, and continuously improving.
