Position: Finance Administrator (Full time)
Location: Clonmel
Working Arrangement: 5 days in the Clonmel office
Salary: Dependent on experience
We are currently recruiting a Finance Administrator to join our Accounts department. This role is based in the CET Connect Head Office in Clonmel, Co Tipperary, and will report to the Accounts Manager. For the right candidate, we offer the opportunity for ongoing development in the support of the increasing growth of our organisation.
The duties of this role include but are not limited to:
- Support the Accounts Departments.
- Reconcile purchase invoices and raise purchase orders as required.
- Maintain up-to-date Payment Record process.
- Set up and maintain new accounts in SAP / SAGE.
- Prepare, organise, and store documentation in both hard copy and digital form.
- Manage queries via phone and email.
- Responsibility for daily post/deliveries and the ordering and management of office supplies
- Any additional ad hoc or general duties in keeping with the role.
- Maintain creditors’ ledger, arrange supplier payments, and record transactions.
- Manage staff expenses and ensure all receipts are documented.
The successful candidate will have:
- A third level qualification, in a business environment preferable but not essential.
- Proficient in MS Office, accounting software, and database systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Ability to multitask, maintain discretion, and exercise confidentiality
- Ability to work on competing priorities to meet strict deadlines.
- Experience: IT Skills and knowledge of SAP / SAGE would be an advantage.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
