Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and a friendly demeanor to support both clients and staff effectively.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using ClinicSense and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry with accuracy into various systems
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Assist with billing, financial recordkeeping as needed
- Provide customer support via phone and in person, addressing inquiries professionally and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure an inviting environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or receptionist roles preferred
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally
- Ability to perform typing tasks accurately with attention to detail; proofreading skills are advantageous
- Previous experience in medical or dental office settings is desirable but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or certification is a plus
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
