Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet visitors warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and hand out room keys.
- Reservations: Book rooms, change dates, and process cancellations via phone, email, or walk-in.
- Billing: Handle payments, create accurate bills, and verify credit card details.
- Information: Answer questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transport.
- Communication: Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to make sure rooms are clean and ready.
- Problem Solving: Listen to guest complaints and fix issues quickly and calmly.
Pay: Up to €14.88 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 36.25 per week
