We proudly serve our local downtown community alongside a sophisticated clientele of business professionals, theatre-goers, and event attendees. Our operations include a popular lunch buffet, high-volume à la carte dining, corporate and family event catering, and an official catering partnership with City Cruises on the Toronto Harbourfront. We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier hospitality and exceptional guest experiences across all operations.

What you will do:

• Lead daily FOH operations and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Train, motivate and supervise the FOH team.
• Increase beverage upselling and positive online reviews.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules based on business needs.
• Practice and enforce strict clock-in/out punctuality across the FOH team.
• Coordinate with the Head Chef for smooth service.
• Maintain honesty in POS entries, cash handling, and shift sales & tip reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of all guest areas.
• Lead by example and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Follow management directives promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Indian fine dining restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Cloud-based POS experience.
• Smart Serve certification is desirable.
• Full-time flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.
