Job Summary
As a Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in securing financial support for our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission and programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential donors and funding opportunities
- Write grant proposals and manage the grant application process
- Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans
- Utilize databases and tools like Raiser's Edge for donor management
- Engage in public relations activities to promote fundraising campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners
- Provide excellent customer service to donors and stakeholders
Skills
- Proficient in research methods for donor identification
- Experience in grant writing and managing grant applications
- Strong strategic planning abilities for fundraising initiatives
- Knowledge of fundraising techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with databases, particularly Raiser's Edge
- Excellent public relations skills to market fundraising campaigns effectively
- Ability to cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders
- Demonstrated customer service skills to engage effectively with supporters
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
