We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Operative to join our dynamic team in Wexford. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various aspects of our production process within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring seamless daily operations and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup, operation, and routine maintenance of production machinery.

Ensure the availability and readiness of materials and components for manufacturing activities.

Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Operate production lines, including packing and labeling of products.

Adhere to health and safety policies to foster a safe working environment for all staff.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience in manufacturing or production is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Ability to operate basic production machinery.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Flexibility and a proactive approach to work tasks.

Fluency in English is required.

Forklift operation certification is essential.
