Job Summary

Drive sales of health insurance plans to individuals, families, and corporate clients. Build lasting relationships, deliver exceptional service, and achieve targets in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell health insurance products across individual, family, and business segments
  • Identify prospects, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored policy options
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing customer support, manage renewals, and resolve policy queries

Performance Metrics

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain high client retention rates
  • Secure strong customer satisfaction ratings

Skills & Qualifications

  • Fresher or 1+ year of sales experience in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong product knowledge and consultative selling abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently and in teams
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office

Compensation & Benefits

  • Performance-linked incentives (as per Sales Incentives Policy)
  • Retention bonus after 12 months of active service
  • Freshers (0–1 year): CTC up to ₹1,85,000 per annum
  • Experienced Professionals (2+ years): CTC up to ₹3,00,000 per annum
