Job Title: Hindi Customer Support Executive
Location: Noida Sector 62
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: 12th Pass
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in Hindi
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain proper call records and customer details
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Follow company processes and guidelines
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hindi (English basic knowledge preferred)
- Good communication and listening skills
- Comfortable with calling and customer interaction
- Basic computer knowledge
- Immediate joiners preferred
