<Responsibilities>

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, appliances, and building infrastructure using schematics and technical manuals.
• Conduct painting, drywall repairs, and basic carpentry tasks to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future inspections.
• Supervise or assist with subcontractors or vendors during specialized repairs or upgrades while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards and conducting regular facility audits.

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces safely.
