THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently recruiting for the Housekeeping Team at The Lane Retreat at the Iconic Bimbadgen, Palmers Lane Estate. We are seeking an experienced supervisor with a keen eye for detail and great work ethic.

The Lane Retreat offers a Boutique Hotel offering with 60 new Studios. This unique opportunity encourages the right candidate to set new standards of excellence in our low touch Hotel, engaging and driving the team to ensure seamless operations each and every time. Housekeeper Supervisor responsibilities include:
•
Providing direct supervision and distribution of workload of the Housekeeping Team, under the direction of our Operations and Hotel Manager

•
Performing a variety of cleaning activities with high attention to detail, including final pre check inspections according to company standards.

•
Maintaining equipment, communal spaces and raising any maintenance issues raised by the team or guests to property team

•
Train, mentor and support housekeeping team, with strong focus on safety practices.

•
Ordering and Inventory Management

Our ideal candidate will have:
•
Proven experience in a Supervisory role in a comparable venue, that is committed to genuinely leading a team

• A passion for Hospitality and high standards of personal and professional presentation

•
Ability to maintain a high level of performance, communication, with strong focus on ensuring the safety, health and welfare of our team at all times

• Prioritization and time management skills, working quickly without compromising quality

•
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

•
Ability to maintain overall physical fitness to respond to operational needs in a fast-paced environment.

• Own transport
