Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to join our HR team in Uppal, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and general HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll-related coordination.
Address employee queries and provide timely HR support.
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Ensure proper maintenance of HR documents and records.
Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
Good proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Eligibility:
Any Graduate / MBA HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
