Job Title: HR Intern (Night Shift)

Duration: 3–6 Months (Internship)
Stipend: 5000-10,000

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team during the night shift. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates and screening resumes.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate and employee records accurately.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
• Support onboarding and employee documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Handle basic HR administrative tasks as assigned.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee and candidate information.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently during the night shift.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn or Naukri is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
