Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (After 6 months of internship)

The internship period can be paid , depending on the initial knowledge and skills you bring (specially in AI).

Note: This is an on-site role.

About the Role

We're looking for an HR & Admin Intern who is eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to build a career in Human Resources within the IT industry.

This role is designed for freshers and early-career candidates who want hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, administration, employee engagement, and modern AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Update attendance, leave, and internal HR databases
• Assist with offer letters, onboarding documents, and employee files
• Support recruitment activities including sourcing and scheduling interviews
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives and hiring drives
• Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and administrative tasks
• Coordinate internal communication through email and social platforms
• Prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related documentation
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, research, communication, and HR workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Strong English communication skills (Non-Negotiable)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong willingness to learn and take ownership
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar is mandatory
• Interest in HR, recruitment, employer branding, and people operations
