About the Role

Iunicorn Solutions is looking for a motivated and organized HR Intern to support our recruitment and day-to-day HR activities.

The candidate will work closely with the team on candidate sourcing, recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, employee communication, and HR administration.

This is a practical opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with posting job openings on recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Review and shortlist resumes according to job requirements.
• Contact candidates and conduct initial screening.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Schedule and communicate interview details.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain employee and candidate information.
• Support employee communication and engagement activities.
• Assist with basic HR administrative tasks.
• Prepare recruitment and HR reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn HR processes.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Professional and positive attitude.
