We support organizations with end-to-end hiring solutions for contract and project-based workforce requirements across manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, and allied sectors.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to industrial recruitment, workforce planning, client coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for industrial and project-based positions using job portals, social media, databases, and field recruitment methods.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client representatives.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and documentation.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and deployment activities for contract employees.
• Operational coordination at site by interacting with all stake holders to ensure seem less operations
• Logistics coordination of employees
• Attendance monitoring, regularization, pay roll management, compliance submission
• De-mob and final clearances

Eligibility

• Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet applications.
• Willingness to travel locally when required for recruitment activities.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in industrial HR and talent acquisition.
