Our Opportunity

Due to internal movements we are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our newly revamped team. The role is a key position that help support our stakeholders towards making critical people related decisions, therefore plays a major role in our success.
The role holds responsibilities that includes but is not limited to:
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement: Use your technical expertise to successfully understand our requirements, connect and maintain strong relationships with our people including our leaders.
- Support probation and employee relations activities: Lead the delivery and take part in directing the future of JK's workforce.
- Deliver HR generalist activities: Various tasks can include performance management, conflict resolution, employee engagement, award and enterprise agreement interpretation and negotiations, training and workforce development.
- Manage structure and compliance: This includes conducting administrative activities such as compliance HR reporting, salary reviews procurement activities, etc.
- Support leadership: In driving leading HR strategic initiatives across the business.
- Grow your skillset: Leverage our framework, tools and processes to drive high performance.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
You will be a:
- Qualified Professional: You will have completed formal qualifications in Human Resources with a minimum of 4 years' experience either within HR advisory, business partnering or generalist roles.
- Subject Matter Expert: You have a hands-on style and strong commercial aptitude with a deep understanding of HR policies and processes. You will also have strong exposure to relevant legislation, regulations and compliance requirements. Exposure to ELMO HRIS would be advantageous.
- Strategic Thinker: You love solving problems, have strong attention to detail and are able to juggle multiple tasks as once.
- Relentless Bias to Action: You will be an ambitious self-starter that is driven to execute tasks successfully and make your team and stakeholders successful.
- Naturally passionate person: You are results focused. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen interest in getting things done, while working in a high performing team and environment.
