Inside Sales Assistant

Mindbreeze is a rapidly growing provider of AI-based knowledge management solutions. To strengthen our team, we seek a committed and communicative personality to actively support our new customer business in cooperation with the sales team.

Your area of responsibility:

• Support our sales team in preparing and following up on meetings, including status tracking and document preparation (presentations, collaboration on POCs, RFI/RFP, product demos, etc.).
• Take ownership of the administrative and organizational support of the sales team in day-to-day business.
• Track deadlines, tasks, and agreements to consistently communicate professionally with prospects, partners, and customers.
• Ensure the wellbeing of our customers and partners.
• Maintain customer data in the CRM system and ensure high data quality.
• Steward in structure, overview, and traceability - even with many sales activities running in parallel.

Your skills and experience:

• Completion of commercial or technical training (e.g., HTL, HAK, university degree) with at least 3 years of professional experience in this environment or a similar position.
• An excellent understanding and experience in the field of IT and artificial intelligence.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations by keeping a structured overview with your structured approach and working to find suitable solutions.
• An ability to communicate fluently orally and in writing in English and German.

For this position, we offer you at least 3 500 gross monthly salary based on 38.5 hours per week, depending on your experience and qualifications.
