Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage high-value design projects, including both standard and custom work.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives and expectations are met.
- Maintain a portfolio of at least six completed customer projects.
- Provide a minimum of three customer testimonials, allowing the HL DP Program team to contact and verify.
- Ensure compliance with the program’s attendance requirement of a minimum of 12 days per month at the XP (design office).
Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in independently managing high-value design projects.
- Project Portfolio: At least six completed customer projects, with a minimum of three testimonials from satisfied customers.
- Tools and Equipment:
- Must have a laptop with legally licensed versions of SketchUp, V-Ray, and SpaceCraft Pro design software.
- Strong internet connectivity is required.
- Software Proficiency:
- Advanced proficiency in SketchUp is required.
- Knowledge of V-Ray is advantageous.
- Certifications: Completion of the HL Induction Training Process and SpaceCraft Pro Certification is mandatory.
