Job Description: Interior Designer – High-Energy Bars & Restaurants

Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and visionary Interior Designer to join our team, specializing in creating dynamic, high-energy bar and restaurant spaces. The ideal candidate will have a flair for contemporary design, an understanding of hospitality trends, and the ability to transform concepts into vibrant, functional, and immersive environments. This role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and branding teams to deliver exceptional designs that captivate guests and drive the ultimate dining and nightlife experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development
• Create innovative and unique interior design concepts tailored to the brand's identity and target audience.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, and design narratives that convey the essence of the project.
• Space Planning
• Design efficient and aesthetically pleasing layouts that optimize space, traffic flow, and functionality for high-energy hospitality environments.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and accessibility requirements.
• Material & Finish Selection
• Source and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting to bring the concept to life while ensuring durability and sustainability.
• Collaborate with vendors to procure custom-designed elements.
• Collaboration and Coordination
• Work closely with architects, 3D visualizers, and branding teams to align the interior design with the overall project vision.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants during the design implementation phase to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Project Management
• Oversee multiple design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Regularly present design updates and progress to clients and stakeholders.
• Trend Research
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the hospitality industry, particularly for bars and restaurants.

Requirements

• Experience: 4–7 years in interior design, preferably in hospitality or F&B projects.
• Education: Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for presentations and mood boards.
• Excellent spatial planning and detailing skills.
• Strong understanding of acoustics, lighting, and color psychology in hospitality settings.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and executed designs for hospitality spaces (submission required).
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
• Knowledge of local and international design trends in nightlife and dining.
• Familiarity with AR/VR tools for immersive design presentations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
