Job Opening: US Healthcare Process Executive (Voice �� Night Shift)
Location: Vashi-Turbhe, Navi Mumbai | Shift: 7:30 PM �� 4:30 AM (US Shift)
Industry: US Healthcare BPO | Experience: 6+ months
About Us:
Ace Health Connect empowers US healthcare providers with sales, marketing, and BPO services. We specialize in Medicare, DME, and Genetic Testing support, helping clients grow while improving patient engagement.
Role Overview:
Handle outbound/inbound calls for US healthcare services (Medicare, DME, Genetic Testing)
Generate & convert leads, maintain client records in CRM
Provide consultative support & drive business growth
Meet sales targets & qualify for monthly incentives
Requirements:
Min. 6 months�� experience in US Healthcare (Medicare/DME/Genetics)
Excellent English communication skills
Prior experience in international BPO (voice process) preferred
Strong sales, customer service & CRM handling skills
