Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, ensuring high-quality production standards while adhering to safety protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of machinery, precision measuring instruments, and the ability to work effectively in a factory environment.

Duties

• Operate and monitor machinery, including lathes and logic controllers, to produce high-quality products.
• Assemble components according to specifications using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and resolve any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic math principles for measurements and calculations.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and hand tools is essential.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Knowledge of materials handling practices within a factory setting is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
