Full-Service Car Wash & Detailing Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations of our full-service car wash and detailing center. This role involves managing a team of approximately 12 employees, ensuring all services are executed efficiently and to our rigorous quality standards.

This is a dynamic role requiring someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats — from engaging with customers and supporting staff to jumping in and working hands-on in the shop when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage, schedule, and lead a team of 12+ employees

· Check in detailing jobs with customers and clearly communicate expectations to the team

· Ensure all detailing services are completed on time and to the highest quality standards

· Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

· Train team members on processes, tools, and customer service practices

· Interact with customers to build trust and ensure satisfaction

· Oversee inventory and supply ordering for detailing and wash services

· Assist physically with detailing or wash work as needed — this is a hands-on position

· Help drive revenue and efficiency through proactive leadership and quality control

Qualifications:

· Prior experience in automotive detailing or car wash operations (preferred)

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment

· Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality

· Ability to multitask, problem solve, and adapt throughout the day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
