Reservations Manager Locks & Docks (river cruise industry)
As a Reservations Manager you will work in the Nautical Department in Arnhem, and you play a crucial role in our river cruise operations. You are responsible for managing the sailing schedules, make docking reservations, and working closely with Corporate Fleet Managers, port authorities, captains, and the tour operators.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Book harbors and dockings for our river cruisers
- Check invoices and reports
- Administrative work
- Adjust sailing programs
- Process E-mails accurately
EDUCATION & COMPETENCES
- Medium Vocational Education in administration, tourism, events, or similar
- Familiar with Office 365
- Proficient in English, German and or French is a plus
- Accurate and precise
- Stress-resistant and proactive
- A team player
