*Job Overview*
We are seeking an additional Marine Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in the marine service industry with marine systems and diesel engine knowledge. However, this position is available to the right candidate with less experience. A candidate with less than 5 years experience MUST have mechanical experience or a mechanical background.
*Duties*
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vessels from 30' to 60'
- Perform marine diesel engine cooling system service
- Troubleshoot and diagnose marine equipment
- Installation of marine equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair marine diesel engines
*Skills*
- Mechanical background with experience as a mechanic
- Ability to rig and install marine equipment
- Great attention to detail
- A positive attitude and great work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
