What will you be doing:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Slite.

• Produce and translate marketing content (English/French/German) with the support of native speakers for final proofreading.

• Manage lead generation initiatives through Zoho CRM, Meta Ads Manager, and Airtable.

• Coordinate and support online and in-person events, webinars, and promotional activities.

• Collaborate closely with developers to integrate marketing content into the Strapi CMS platform.

• Support the Social Media Manager with photography and videography projects, including content creation for social media and professional photography of new sales team members.

• Monitor, report, and optimize marketing performance, including community management (campaign analytics, website traffic analysis, and social media engagement tracking).

• Create help center articles and customer support content on Intercom.

• Manage e-mail marketing campaigns, including e-mail list integration and automation via Zoho Campaigns.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the broader marketing team.

What we are looking for in you:

• Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Business Management

• Previous work experience or internships in marketing, communications, or a similar domain.

• Proven experience in working in SaaS / Beauty

• Proven work experience with working with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, Airtable, Zoho CRM and Strapi.

• Strong technical skills in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Lightroom, and Figma.

• Native-level English is mandatory

• Experience with professional photography equipment, with advanced photo editing skills in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, and video creation/editing expertise in CapCut.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and a strong team player with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
