This is an exciting opportunity to step into a fast-paced, creative and purpose-driven role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of CRCS’s marketing and communication activity – helping us shine a light on the impact of our services, the voices of our participants, and the events and initiatives that bring people together.
This is a full time fixed term position till 30 June 2026 based at Bruce (ACT) with frequent travel required to other CRCS sites within ACT. Option to work up to 2 days per week remotely.

Create engaging content – craft newsletters, blogs, website copy and publications that tell authentic stories and highlight CRCS’s impact.
Champion storytelling – capture participant voices and community stories to demonstrate the difference CRCS makes.
Collaborate creatively – work closely with our Senior Digital Designer and program teams to produce marketing materials that are accurate, consistent and visually striking.

A skilled communicator with strong writing, editing and digital marketing experience.
Confident in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and using analytics tools to inform decisions.
Highly organised and adaptable, able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about diversity, inclusion and community – ensuring that all voices are represented in the work you do.
Optimistic, proactive, and ready to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the team.
