About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant (Intern) to join our Finland Marketing team. This role is for the Therapy Unit, for someone who loves execution, is detail-oriented, and wants hands-on exposure to SaaS product marketing. You won’t just be “supporting campaigns.” You will help bring product launches to life, build lifecycle journeys in HubSpot, and turn strategy into real marketing output that reaches thousands of healthcare professionals in Finland.

Reporting directly to the Finland Marketing Manager, you will work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to execute campaigns, product launches, and lifecycle initiatives in the FI market.

Your key responsibilities include:

Content & Copy Execution
  • Write and adapt copy for emails, landing pages, blog posts, and campaign materials

  • Localize global messaging for the Finnish market

  • Support the creation of launch materials for new products and feature releases

  • Assist with webinar content, presentations, and promotional assets

HubSpot & Marketing Automation Execution
  • Build emails, landing pages, and workflows in HubSpot

  • Set up lists, segmentation, and campaign tracking

  • Support lifecycle campaigns (trial nurturing, feature adoption, upsell flows)

  • Ensure quality control and consistency across marketing assets

Product Launch Support (Finland)
  • Support the execution of product and feature launches in the FI market

  • Coordinate campaign assets across email, website, social, and events

  • Assist with performance tracking and reporting

  • Help prepare materials for webinars, partner communications, and events

Marketing Operations & Coordination
  • Maintain campaign trackers and documentation

  • Support reporting and basic data analysis

  • Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams on campaign execution

  • Contribute ideas to improve marketing processes and execution

What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you are studying (or recently graduated in) Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:

  • Strong Writing Skills: You can write clearly and adapt tone depending on audience and channel.

  • Detail Orientation: You care about quality and precision — whether it’s formatting an email or setting up a workflow.

  • Digital Curiosity: You are interested in SaaS, product marketing, and how digital tools drive growth.

  • Tool Comfort: Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing tools is a plus (but willingness to learn is essential).

  • Ownership Mentality: You don’t wait to be told what to do — you proactively take responsibility for your tasks.

  • Language Skills: You are fluent in Finnish and English (written and spoken).

  • Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn, improve, and gain real hands-on experience in a fast-growing company.
