Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results‑oriented Marketing Executive to support our growing marketing team. This role will focus on generating high‑quality leads, executing digital campaigns, and optimizing our online presence across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation
• Plan and execute organic and paid lead‑generation campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• SEO & Content
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page and off‑page SEO to improve organic search rankings.
• Develop engaging copy for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns and social media posts.
• Social Media Marketing
• Manage and grow company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• Create content calendars, design briefs, and interact with followers to build community engagement.
• Email Marketing
• Build and segment email lists; design, write and send targeted email campaigns.
• Track open rates, click‑through rates and conversion metrics; implement A/B tests.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Generate weekly/monthly reports detailing KPIs (leads, website traffic, campaign performance).
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing or related role.
• Proven track record of organic and paid lead generation.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Excellent copywriting skills and an eye for detail.
• Proficient with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Experience designing and executing email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.).
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
