Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities
• Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to ensure effective therapy
• Maintain clean and sanitized treatment areas following health and safety standards
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
• Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
• Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements

Experience

• Previous experience as a massage therapist is preferred but not required; training opportunities are available for qualified candidates
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy enhances effectiveness in client care
• Strong customer service skills to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments and addressing client concerns
• Certification from an accredited massage therapy program is required, along with valid licensing or registration as mandated by state regulations

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
