Location: Oakville Dermatology & Aesthetics
Oakville Dermatology & Aesthetics is a trusted clinic offering top-tier dermatology and aesthetic treatments. We are currently looking for a dependable, organized, and compassionate Medical Office Administrator to become a part of our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day clinic operations and ensuring an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
- Schedule and manage appointments using Accuro and Jane App
- Maintain clean, sanitized exam rooms and assist in seating patients
- Answer phone calls, return voicemail messages, and respond to emails promptly
- Handle payment transactions efficiently
- Process incoming referrals and schedule appointments accordingly
- Track and maintain office supplies and medical forms
- Provide administrative support to the team as necessary
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to manage high patient volumes in fast-paced settings
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and various software tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Punctual and a team player
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with Accuro EMR (required)
- Familiarity with Jane App (preferred)
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
