Seeking a dynamic, energetic and knowledgeable medical specialist to join our fast-paced Family practice . Must have the ability to handle multiple priorities, be detail oriented, communicate well, and work well on a team. Professional appearance and positive personality are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Answers, screens and directs incoming telephone calls.
- Responds to basic inquires and triage other inquires to appropriate medical personnel.
- Schedules and confirms initial and follow-up medical appointments, registers patients, coordinates diagnostic services and performs insurance verification.
- Collect and record payments utilizing automated systems.
- Help with the referrals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Experience:
- Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
