Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team at our Traralgon clinics. To support the Gippsland community, our clinic operates from 6:15am to 9:30pm, Monday to Friday. Shifts are 7.6 hours, with flexibility to work either full-time or part-time within these operating hours.

What will you be doing?

• Greeting patients and providing high quality reception services
• Scheduling appointments for patients (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound)
• Performing general administrative tasks
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and doctors

Our Ideal Candidate

• Previous medical receptionist experience(highly desirable but not essential)
• Experience in customer service/Administration
• Strong communication, IT skills and attention to detail
• Be able to maintain a high level of proffessionalism and confidentiality
Ability to work fast paced, autonomously and in a team environment
