- Check-in and register patients arriving for appointments.
- Review Patient Demographics and obtain all necessary consents
- Collect patient payments when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information
- Schedule patient appointments
- Greet all patients with compassion and care
- Communicate with clinic in regards to patient needs
- Performs all other tasks and projects assigned by the Supervisor
- Athena Practice and AthenaOne EMR Experience Preferred
- Fast Paced and High Volume Practice, we can see up to 100 patients a day
- Multi-tasking
- Handle appointment line
- Cross-Train on other departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 – 38 per week
