Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to manage and review driver logs for compliance. The role includes monitoring driver Hours of Service (HOS), identifying violations, and ensuring all records are accurate and meet safety and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to review and analyze data carefully
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel
- Professional follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to handle large volumes of data
- Basic understanding of compliance and safety procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and monitor driver ELD logs daily
- Identify HOS violations, missing logs, and incorrect entries
- Inform drivers about required corrections and follow up until resolved
- Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation
- Coordinate with the safety and operations team for necessary actions
- Ensure drivers are compliant with FMCSA and transport safety regulations
- Prepare weekly and monthly compliance reports
- Maintain proper record keeping for audits and internal reviews
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,680.30 - ₹25,000.00 per month
