Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join Prairie Waste Solutions. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in B2B sales, particularly within waste management. The Outside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through closing deals, contract negotiation and cold calling.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and leads - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, research, and build a pipeline of prospects.
- Negotiating and closing deals: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close service agreements effectively.
- Understand aspects of waste management and tailor them to the customer's needs.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Drive revenue growth by closing sales in a very competitive market.
- Use customer feedback and market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain an understanding of industry developments and competitor activities
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience and demonstrated success in B2B sales.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to businesses around the City.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills. Clear communication is essential for building strong relationships and effectively discussing value propositions.
- Ability to work independently while prospecting, cold calling and generating new opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
