The Role:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust network of contacts, including insurance adjusters, property managers, and other key professionals. You'll identify new business opportunities, meet with potential clients, and present our full range of restoration services. Your ability to build trust and demonstrate the value of our work will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and develop a strong pipeline of business.
• Establish and nurture relationships with industry professionals.
• Conduct site visits and accurately assess restoration needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Represent Octagon at industry events and networking functions.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $50,000
• Commission: Uncapped—your earning potential is limitless.
• Total Compensation: On-target earnings are $80,000 - $120,000+

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in a related industry (e.g., restoration, construction, or insurance).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive spirit.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Valid driver's license.
